2. You Gets Notified: You get a Slack message with their details and two buttons: "Approve" or "Deny".
3. One-Click Action:
   • Approve: The system emails them your booking link automatically.
   • Deny: The system sends a polite, professional rejection email.
4. Auto-Setup: When they book a time, the system:
   • Creates a recording session in SquadCast.
   • Updates the Google Calendar event with the studio link.
   • Syncs everything back to your database.
